Denisa Kaporalis serves as a Designate Principal for Arizona CLDP, LLC. Denisa helps her clients with Business Formations of all kinds, preparing Power of Attorneys, completing Immigration Forms, Wills and Trusts and many other legal documents.

Denisa is also a notary and she can provide certified translations in Spanish, French, German and Romanian. For over ten years Denisa worked as a licensed Associate Broker with Prestige Realty and can provide assistance with all Real Estate transactions including Purchase contracts, short sales, Loan Modifications, Deeds, Leases, and any real Estate Contracts.

She is an active member of the National Association of Paralegals and the National Association of Realtors.
